Affiliate secret to profit more with less effort

As you probably also aware of, there are simply thousands, and I
mean, thousands of affiliate programs on the internet that
you can join. Not only that, most of them you can join for free.
Of course, if they are not free to join, it's your first warning sign
to back off, as they are literally thief, as affiliate programs are
MEANT to be free. Anyway, since there are many of them, should we join
just one? two? three? or five hundreds affiliate programs?

I tell you what, the magic number is: Three

Well, I say to you it is the magic number, because this is what
I have been doing and it's working really fine for me. It is MY
magic number, but hey, why don't you just follow what works?

Okay, three is the magic number, but out of thousands of affiliate
programs out there, which three should I join? you say.

Well, the main theory is, to join some leading affiliate programs
in an area that you are passionate about, and put your effort into
it.

But, just taking a leading program in the area that you are interested in
is not a guaranteed success for an affiliate program. I tell you my
secret; although obviously, I am very passionate about business, but
I am not putting my effort in affiliate programs to do with business.
I just know my competitors.

Now think for one second...

If you put your effort in an area that thousands of others are
putting their efforts in, you are forced to work double, to outsell
them. (You of course, need to outsell other affiliates to make sure
customers buy from you, not from the other affiliate)

Also, you are practically competing with other super affiliates out there
trying to get the biggest piece out of the same customer numbers that are
interested in your affiliate program.

Now, no matter how good your affiliate program is, IF a customer already
has it, or already bought it for that matter, they wouldn't buy from you.
I wouldn't buy a program twice...would you?

So, what I am trying to get at here, is to make sure you get a good
program with least promoters. I say it once again, least PROMOTERS,
not the least prospects.

For example:

A lot of people has websites, and a lot of affiliate ebooks would tell
you to build a website. Now don't get me wrong, these books are usually very
well written, and if you read their message right, you WILL profit.

by Rosalind Gardner. - 267 information-packed pages of practical tips and
real-life examples, and the good thing is, she also tells you which products are
actually sold online.

Now if you would like to promote her product, after all, her product is
sold everywhere online, and it is one of the most known working product on
the net, you would have to literally compete with thousands of people
interested in selling her product.

What I sell, is a product that in fact, has got nothing to do with business
at all. But! it has thousands of people categorised as my prospects. This way,
I wouldn't have to compete with business minded affiliate people out there and
trust me! it's one of the biggest niche those affiliates choose...

Also, since I am not promoting to other affiliate promoters out there, I
wouldn't really have to worry about cloaking my affiliate links, affiliate
hi-jackers, since most of my buyers know nothing about affiliate program.
They look at the product, and they'll just decide.

You can check out the product, and follow me to become their affiliate program, or
you can lessen your competitor (me) and choose other product.

It is up to you, but you have to totally believe in your affiliate product you
promote to make sure you can promote it right.

Yep, that is another point. Believe in your affiliate product that you are
promoting, or it's really hard to promote it. (It's in your mind, built in
automatically - you're just more excited to promote affiliate programs you
believe in)

I personally buy the products before I promote it. I know, it's kinda silly
to put my money into the product before I get any money out of it. But friends,
that's what you call investing into a product you BELIEVE in.

Okay, so now, choose three programs - as I said, three is a magic number since
more than that then your focus would be out, and you can't promote them
passionately. And if you are asking me HOW to promote those affiliate programs,
I'll tell you my favourite, it's with google ...(giggle) because it simply
works, and I don't need to put that much effort. In fact, I don't even have
